How long will my order take?

Timing depends on the piece and the customization. The shop works to ship many orders within 1 to 5 days, with longer turnaround possible during busy seasons. Etsy shows the most current delivery estimate for each item.

Are hand-stamped letters perfectly straight?

No. Each letter and design is stamped by hand, one at a time. Small variations are part of the character of hand-stamped jewelry.

What if I need a different size?

Can I return a personalized order?

Because personalized pieces are custom made, the shop does not accept returns or exchanges on those orders. If the shop makes an error, the piece will be remade. Non-personalized items may be eligible for return, so please message the shop through Etsy with any issue.
